Learn about the reasons for weight gain and about Dr. Gustafson’s approach to assisting patients with weight loss.
Dr. Gustafson earned a medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He completed a residency in family medicine at Appleton Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. “I find this area of medicine to be extremely rewarding,” says Dr. Gustafson. “By educating patients about how the foods they choose impact their health, they become empowered as they discover that they can really improve their quality of life.”
