Bigfork Valley is prepared to provide essential services to our community with your safety in mind. We have developed plans to protect our patients and staff by staggering appointments and eliminating waiting room time to limit unnecessary contact. We have implemented extra infection control precautions and screening tools to protect the health and safety of anyone visiting our campus. Curbside testing is now available in Bigfork to all symptomatic patients by appointment. To protect our patients and staff, all surgical patients are tested for COVID-19 using an in-house testing process the day of their procedure.
When you arrive for a scheduled appointment, please use the main entrance where you will be screened and issued an alternative face mask. If you have a fabric mask available to you, please wear it into the facility to help us manage our supply. We will continue limiting visitors and ask that you come to your appointment alone if you are able, or that your companion stay in the car. If you are ill, please stay home and call your healthcare provider.
Your health and safety are our top priority and we are confident that we have implemented necessary changes to adapt to COVID-19 and are prepared to continue serving our community with skill and compassion.
