COVID-19 & Senior Services
NOTICE: COVID-19 – Senior Services
To keep our residents and tenants safe, healthy, and happy; our facility will work closely with visitors and family members to discuss visitation options during the COVID-19 pandemic. Safety is our number one concern and we continue to work closely with the Minnesota Department of Health and CMS to create the best environment for your loved ones. The type of visits allowed in our senior services settings during this time are dependent on the number of COVID-19 cases in our facility and the county positivity rate. For more information about visitation, please call:
- Assisted Living/Villa: 218-743-1000
- Long Term Care: 218-743-4144
We continue to encourage virtual visits such as video chat, calling, texting, or checking in on social media. Call 218-743-4144 to set up a virtual visit.
We need to make sure family members have given us the most current emergency contact information so we can continue to keep them informed should there be any new developments. For more information regarding the new visitor restrictions for the Bigfork Valley Communities’ residents, call (218) 743-4253 or (218)743-4255.
If you have had close contact with a person with symptoms, or have a fever, cough or shortness of breath – it is important that you follow the CDC guidance to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
