Quality

The Bigfork Valley experience

At Bigfork Valley, we strive to treat every patient as if he or she were a family member or a friend. That commitment has earned us top marks in the quality of the health care experience since surveys of patients with recent hospital stays began in 2006. Below are graphs showing the results of these patient surveys for the most recent data update of April 28, 2017 covering the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

The national survey is called Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, or HCAHPS. Learn more about how the survey works.
