Herme joins Bigfork Valley

Bigfork Valley Hospital is pleased to welcome Randy Herme to its staff as Director of Rehabilitative Services.

Herme owned Itasca Physical Therapy in Grand Rapids for 14 years before joining Bigfork Valley. He received his degree in physical therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth in 1987 and has also worked at Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, Arrowhead Health Care Center in Virginia, and Grand Itasca Hospital in Grand Rapids.

Herme plans to move Bigfork Valley’s rehabilitative services in physical, occupational and speech therapy into an integrated department to better serve community needs and expanded orthopedic services. A newly remodeled therapy facility is scheduled to open in summer 2006 at Bigfork Valley which will include a fitness center open to the public.

Herme and his wife Andrea live in Cohasset.
