    Coder / Abstractor

    Seeking a full time Coder/Abstractor.

    Summary of Job Description: Responsible for coding outpatient and inpatient charts including those of all ancillary services using ICD-9-CM and CPT. Maintains efficient flow of technical functions within the Health Information Systems Department. Maintains confidentiality of hospital and patient records. Able to prioritize, manage competing demands and use time efficiently. Has good interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications: A Registered Health Information Technician certification from an accredited school and/or CCS, CPC. 1-3 years hospital and/or professional coding experience preferred. Computer skills include a knowledge of word processing, encoding and grouping software and the operation of a computerized health information system.

    Orthopaedic PA / NP

    Seeking orthopaedic physician assistant or nurse practitioner for growing surgical and clinical practice. Both onsite and outreach clinic hours. Able to operate independently. 3-5 years experience required. Competitive salary and excellent benefit package.


    Seeking individuals for full time and part time Certified Nursing Assistant positions in our long term care facility.

    Summary of Job Description: Cares for elders following the Eden Alternative® and Bigfork Valley philosophies with skill, compassion and respect. Provides social, physical and medical care that enables elders to live their lives to the fullest. Supports elders in self-care and provides care as necessary for those unable to care for themselves. Supports the elder’s physical and social household environment, following the elder’s preferences. Maintains appropriate documentation and notifies nursing staff/manager of changing needs and conditions of elders. Provides restorative therapy under the leadership of therapy professionals. Follows proper infection control, sanitation and safety practices. Has good interpersonal skills, is able to deal with unexpected events, is consistently at work and on time.

    Qualifications: CNA certificate or class enrollment required. Must meet all federal and state regulatory requirements to maintain certification and active registry as CNA, including 12 CEUs per year and participation in mandatory in-service and any departmental education. High school diploma or GED preferred.

    Adult Day Stay - Program Aid

    Seeking a part time program aid to assist in the planning and delivery of services to Adult Day Services Participants.

    Licensed Practical Nurse

    Seeking LPNs with state certification. This casual position will support our assisted living and memory care communities in an Eden Alternative® setting. Successful candidates will be outgoing, dependable and deliver compassionate care with seniors. Responsibilities will include providing resident care based on individual service/care plans adhering to state, federal, and local laws/regulations.


    Seeking casual pharmacist for the retail pharmacy. Retail pharmacy services six rural clinics, on-site assisted living facility, and three licensed telepharmacies. Weekdays and Saturday mornings.
    Qualifications: Licensed with MN Board of Pharmacy, PharmD with retail or equivalent clinical practice experience preferred.
