Bigfork Valley is staffed by the physicians of Scenic Rivers Health Services, an onsite medical clinic of Cook Area Health Services. Dr. George Rounds serves the hospital as Chief of Staff. In addition, Dr. Scrivner works with long term care medical services and Dr. Korstad with emergency services.

George E. Rounds, M.D.
Dr. Rounds is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology and received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota. He is licensed by the National Boards Part I, II and III, as well as the State of Minnesota Medical Board and the Board of Family Practice.

Heidi J. Korstad, M.D.
Dr. Korstad is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she also earned her medical degree. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association, the Minnesota Medical Association and the Range Medical Society.

Jeffery P. Scrivner, M.D.
Dr. Scrivner is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Scrivner is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association and the Minnesota Medical Association.

Edwin Anderson, M.D.
Dr. Anderson is a graduate of St. Olaf College and the medical school at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He began working at the Bigfork Clinic in November, 2007. His experience includes a year interning in cardiac pathology before medical school, a residency in Appleton, Wisconsin, and six weeks practicing in New Zealand under socialized medicine. He grew up in Hibbing and says he is "excited to be back here practicing small, personal rural medicine.
