New Board Member

Bigfork Valley welcomes Don Jenson to its board of trustees. Don is a Bigfork native and will represent the city as an elected board member.

Currently employed with the Itasca County Transportation Department, Don has spent many years in service to his community. He was a firefighter with the Bigfork Volunteer Fire Department for 26 years, serving as fire chief for 14 of those years. He also served on the Bigfork City Council for eight years.

Developing good jobs in the area for young local residents is one of Don's priorities. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time at the lake, traveling, gardening and yard work.

Don lives in Bigfork with his wife Lois. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
