Welcome to Bigfork Valleys new state of the art Surgery Center!

Our new operating rooms are designed to support many orthopaedic and general surgical procedures. Our Surgery Center includes rooms that offer a place for comfortable preparation for surgery, a post anesthesia recovery unit, a minor procedure room and an endoscopy suite. Our support areas include a secure one-way sterilization design. Family members can wait in a comfortable waiting room adjacent to the surgery suites, and meet with the physician following surgery in a private consulting room.

Currently our surgeons offer a wide range of orthopaedic surgeries (including full joint replacement), ophthalmic surgeries and general surgeries, as well as colonoscopy and gastroscopy. Our visiting interventional radiologist also offers chronic pain injection treatments or neurolysis procedures in comfortable and safe surroundings.

Many of our surgeries are completed with minimally invasive techniques. Arthroscopic surgery, for instance, can be done with tiny instruments guided by a camera, both on the end of a thin tube inserted through small incisions. Instead of a long, visible scar, this technique means there are a few very small scars remaining after surgery.

We invite you to visit with your specialist about having your surgery close to home at Bigfork Valley. Our day surgery facilities are convenient and use current technology. If your surgery requires a hospital stay, our new patient rooms are large and comfortable, overlooking the Big Fork River.
